Banco Bradesco BBI acted as underwriter on the transaction.

Raia Drogasil S.A. owns and operates a chain of pharmaceutical stores. The Company, led by Marcilio D’Amico Pousada, Antonio Carlos Coelho and Eugenio De Zagottis, offers skin care, personal care, and cosmetics products. Raia Drogasil markets its products in Brazil. The company, in 2018 recorded $3.905 million revenues.
