VBSO Advogados advised Bahema Educação in its 1st issue of commercial paper notes
VBSO Advogados advised Bahema Educação RJ Ltda in its 1st issue of commercial paper notes in the total amount of R$ 75 million.
The offering was conducted by means of public distribution with restricted efforts, led by Banco Itaú BBA S.A. under the terms of CVM Instruction 476/09 and Law 14.195, of August 26, 2021.
Led by VBSO partners Erik Oioli (pictured left) and José Alves Ribeiro Júnior (pictured right) it also had the participation of associate Mayara Kayuri Cabral Kato.
