Experience:

With more than 6 years of experience in transactions in the financial and capital markets, Leonardo has advised investment banks and companies from various sectors in structured operations involving the public offering of receivables certificates (including real estate and agribusiness receivables certificates), debentures, promissory notes, commercial notes, receivables funds and real estate funds, as well as in the structuring of projects involving crypto assets.

Leonardo also provides consultancy related to various financial and capital market topics, including advising regulated entities for authorization to operate with regulatory bodies (Bacen and CVM).

Leonardo holds an LL.B from University of São Paulo (2019).
