03 jul The Latin American Lawyer – SNA and VBSO act on the 1st public offering of AMERRA Fiagro
Santos Neto Advogados advises AMERRA Capital Management LLC on the constitution and the 1st public offering of shares of Inter-AMERRA Fiagro Imobiliário (Fiagro).
Distribution of Fiagro’s shares was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 400 by bookrunners Inter DTVM, Alfa Corretora, Genial Investimentos and Oriz.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 54,487,660.00.
