VBSO – Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki & Oioli Advogados advised Itaú BBA S.A. in the public offering of the 2nd (second) issue of GALAPAGOS RECEBÍVEIS DO AGRONEGÓCIO – FIAGRO – IMOBILIÁRIO totaling R$150 millions.
The Deal was led by the partners Erik Oioli (pictured left), José Alves Ribeiro Júnior (pictured center) and Henrique Vicentin Lisboa (pictured right) and associates Leonardo Aguiar Sampaio Pontes, Aline Papile Cunto, Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha and Júlia Barberatto Pretto.
