One of the cornerstones of our DNA consists in the VBSO University. It is an initiative oriented to the formation of our people within our culture, offering to our professionals courses and training necessary to consolidate our expertise, improve our work method and increase the quality of our services. These courses are conducted, in general, by teachers hired from the best Law and Business schools in Brazil, as well as the most senior professionals of the firm, most of them also college professors. The teaching method favors case studies, in order to simulate actual challenges faced by our team members, always with a clear multidisciplinary focus and aimed at developing critical reasoning and thinking abilities.
The management of knowledge and of professional development is supported by a strict evaluation process of the courses and of our professionals, based on a proprietary system developed by the firm itself, as well as in 360° evaluation methodology, which encourages teams to debate the achieved and expected results in each project in order to share these conclusions with the whole firm, contributing to disseminate and preserve the knowledge in the organization.
