VBSO Advogados advised the selling partners of Acura Technologies in the sale of all the company’s shares to a company of the HID Global group.
Acura is a Brazilian manufacturer and reseller of Radio-Frequency Identification – RFID hardware. Founded in the late 1990s, Acura quickly became one of the leading manufacturers and resellers of RFID hardware products in Brazil, targeting mainly corporate, industrial, logistics, transportation and retail applications for large customers such as Ambev, Cargill, Nike, Sem Parar, Mercedes Benz, Honda Motors, HP and Vale.
