Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki e Oioli Advogados advised the issuer; Machado Meyer Advogados advised the banks
Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki e Oioli Advogados advised Sendas Distribuidora S.A; Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. and Banco Safra S.A. during the 1st issue of commercial bonds unsecured and in single series of Sendas, for public offering with restricted efforts, in the total amount of R$ 750 million.
Sendas Distribuidora S.A. was represented by Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki e Oioli Advogados, with the partner José Alves Ribeiro Júnior (pictured left) and the associate Miguel Guardia Favinha.
