VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in the structuring and issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) for the 17rd issuance of Ceres Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Siap Comércio de Produtos Agropecuários, in the total amount of BRL 30 million.
The CRA of the first series were subject to a public offering, pursuant to CVM 160.
The deal was led by the partner José Alves Ribeiro Junior (pictured) and associates Aline Papile Cunto, Clarissa Rangel Pradel, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto, Barbara Gonçalves and Giulia Esposito Barthem.
