VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the public distribution of the 1st and 2nd tranches of the 10th issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) issued by Reit Securitizadora and owed by Eleandro Beraldo, pursuant to CVM 476.
The total amount was BRL100 million.
The deal was led by the partners Erik Frederico Oioli and Henrique Vicentin Lisboa and associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Mayara Kayuri Cabral Kato, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
