VBSO and Pinheiro Neto acted on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series of the 256th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by Diversified Agribusiness Credit Rights assigned by Yara Brasil Fertilizantes, being 198,870 Senior CRA, 50,668 Mezzanine Subordinate CRA and 3,800 Junior Subordinate CRA.
