VBSO Advogados advised Empresa de Ônibus Pássaro Marron on its 2nd issuance of simple unsecured debentures, not convertible into shares in single series. The offering was coordinated by UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Daycoval.

The transaction value worth BRL R$ 55 million.

VBSO relied on partners Erik Oioli Frederico (pictured left) and Henrique Vicentin Lisboa (pictured center); associates Aline Papile Cunto, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.

Machado Meyer advised the arrangers and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured right), lawyers Afonso Augusto Bersan De Andrade, Giorgia Giocondo Lopes Rossin, William Half Rizzi Cavalcante Sa.
