VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the structuring and issuance of real estate receivables certificates – CRI for the 16th issuance of Bari Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits, in the total amount of BRL 25,667,638.77.

The CRI were subject to a public offering intermediated by, pursuant to CVM 476.
