VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in the structuring and issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) for the 23rd issuance of Canal Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Indigo Brazil Agricultura, in the total amount of BRL 40.146.000,00.
The deal had six series. The CRA of the first series were subject to a public offering, with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM 476. The CRA of the third and fifth series were subject to a public offering, pursuant to CVM 160.
The deal was led by the partner Henrique Vicentin Lisboa (pictured) and associates Vanessa Acosta Valdivieso, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto, and Barbara Gonçalves.
